Terms of Use
1. Scope
These terms apply to the mobile app “Homie: Home Workouts” (“Homie”, “the app”), provided by Elias Fiedler (eFeat Digital), Germany, email efeatdigital@gmail.com (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to these terms. If you downloaded Homie from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where it conflicts with these terms, Apple’s agreement takes precedence for iOS.
2. The app
Homie offers home workouts, a personalised training plan, exercise videos, challenges, progress tracking and related features. Some content and features (for example the full plan, all workouts and challenges, and Future You) require Homie Pro. You must be at least 16 years old to use Homie and at least 18 years old to use Future You.
3. Health notice
Homie is not a medical product and does not give medical advice. Training plans, calorie and fitness estimates, the fitness age and the form check are general information created automatically from your answers. They cannot replace advice from a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified trainer.
- Talk to a doctor before starting a new training programme, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, an injury, heart or circulation problems, or have not exercised for a long time.
- Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort, and seek medical help if needed.
- Train in a safe place with enough space, on a non-slip surface, and only use equipment that is in good condition.
- You are responsible for choosing exercises and an intensity that suit your health and fitness.
4. Future You and form check
Future You creates an AI-generated illustration based on a photo you upload. It is for entertainment only. It is not a prediction, promise or guarantee of any result, and real results depend on many factors. Only upload photos of yourself. You must not upload photos of other people, of minors, or content that is unlawful, sexual or violates the rights of others. AI results may occasionally be inaccurate or unsuitable. We may limit the feature (for example the number of previews per day) to prevent misuse and to keep the service running.
The form check estimates body positions from your camera image. It can make mistakes and does not replace feedback from a qualified trainer.
5. Homie Pro
- Homie Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (for example weekly, monthly or yearly) and may be offered as a one-time lifetime purchase. The current prices and periods are shown in the app and in the store before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless they are cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, the subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription or lifetime purchase.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings (Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Purchases are processed by Google or Apple. Refunds follow the store’s rules; please contact Google or Apple directly. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
- Use “Restore purchases” in the app to unlock Homie Pro again on a new device using the same store account.
6. Your data and content
Your profile, workout history, weight entries, progress photos and your own workouts are stored only on your device. Homie has no accounts or cloud backup, so we cannot restore this data if you delete the app, reset it or lose your device. How we handle data is explained in the Homie privacy policy.
7. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Homie for private, non-commercial purposes. The app, its mascot “Bo”, characters, exercise videos, images, design, training content and texts are protected by copyright. You may share the share cards the app creates for you on social media. Otherwise you may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app or its content except where the law allows it.
8. Availability
Most of Homie works offline. Purchases, Future You and downloading exercise videos require an internet connection and third-party services, so they may occasionally be unavailable. We may update, change or remove content and features if there is a valid reason, such as legal requirements, security or further development of the app, taking your interests into account.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes proper use of the app possible and on which you may regularly rely), limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability is excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page. Changes do not affect subscription periods that have already been paid.
11. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Bedingungen gelten für die App „Homie: Home Workouts“ („Homie“, „die App“) von Elias Fiedler (eFeat Digital), Deutschland, E-Mail efeatdigital@gmail.com („wir“). Mit der Nutzung der App stimmst du diesen Bedingungen zu. Wenn du Homie aus dem Apple App Store geladen hast, gilt zusätzlich Apples Standard-Lizenzvertrag für Endnutzer (EULA); bei Widersprüchen geht er für iOS vor.
2. Die App
Homie bietet Workouts für zu Hause, einen personalisierten Trainingsplan, Übungsvideos, Challenges, Fortschritts-Tracking und weitere Funktionen. Manche Inhalte und Funktionen (z. B. der vollständige Plan, alle Workouts und Challenges sowie Future You) erfordern Homie Pro. Für die Nutzung von Homie musst du mindestens 16 Jahre alt sein, für Future You mindestens 18 Jahre.
3. Gesundheitshinweis
Homie ist kein Medizinprodukt und gibt keine medizinische Beratung. Trainingspläne, Kalorien- und Fitnessschätzungen, das Fitnessalter und der Formcheck sind allgemeine Informationen, die automatisch aus deinen Angaben erstellt werden. Sie ersetzen nicht die Beratung durch Ärztinnen und Ärzte, Physiotherapeuten oder qualifizierte Trainer.
- Sprich vor Beginn eines neuen Trainingsprogramms mit einem Arzt, besonders wenn du schwanger bist, eine Erkrankung, Verletzung, Herz-Kreislauf-Probleme hast oder lange keinen Sport gemacht hast.
- Hör sofort auf, wenn du Schmerzen, Schwindel, Atemnot oder Unwohlsein spürst, und hol dir bei Bedarf medizinische Hilfe.
- Trainiere an einem sicheren Ort mit genug Platz auf rutschfestem Untergrund und nutze nur Ausrüstung in einwandfreiem Zustand.
- Du bist dafür verantwortlich, Übungen und eine Intensität zu wählen, die zu deiner Gesundheit und Fitness passen.
4. Future You und Formcheck
Future You erstellt auf Grundlage eines hochgeladenen Fotos eine KI-generierte Illustration. Sie dient nur der Unterhaltung. Sie ist keine Vorhersage, kein Versprechen und keine Garantie für ein Ergebnis; echte Ergebnisse hängen von vielen Faktoren ab. Lade nur Fotos von dir selbst hoch. Fotos anderer Personen, von Minderjährigen sowie rechtswidrige, sexuelle oder die Rechte anderer verletzende Inhalte sind nicht erlaubt. KI-Ergebnisse können im Einzelfall ungenau oder unpassend sein. Wir können die Funktion begrenzen (z. B. die Zahl der Vorschauen pro Tag), um Missbrauch zu verhindern und den Betrieb zu sichern.
Der Formcheck schätzt Körperhaltungen aus deinem Kamerabild. Er kann sich irren und ersetzt nicht das Feedback eines qualifizierten Trainers.
5. Homie Pro
- Homie Pro wird als automatisch verlängertes Abo (z. B. wöchentlich, monatlich oder jährlich) und ggf. als einmaliger Lifetime-Kauf angeboten. Aktuelle Preise und Laufzeiten werden vor dem Kauf in der App und im Store angezeigt.
- Die Zahlung wird bei Bestätigung des Kaufs über dein Google-Play- bzw. Apple-ID-Konto abgerechnet.
- Abos verlängern sich automatisch um dieselbe Laufzeit zum selben Preis, wenn sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende der laufenden Periode gekündigt werden. Die Verlängerung wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Ende der laufenden Periode abgerechnet.
- Wird eine kostenlose Testphase angeboten, startet das Abo nach deren Ende automatisch, wenn du nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vorher kündigst. Ein ungenutzter Teil der Testphase verfällt, wenn du ein Abo oder den Lifetime-Kauf abschließt.
- Du kannst dein Abo jederzeit in Google Play (Zahlungen & Abos → Abos) bzw. in den Einstellungen deiner Apple-ID (Abonnements) verwalten und kündigen. Das Löschen der App kündigt kein Abo.
- Käufe wickeln Google bzw. Apple ab. Erstattungen richten sich nach den Regeln des Stores; wende dich dafür bitte direkt an Google oder Apple. Gesetzliche Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.
- Mit „Restore purchases“ in der App schaltest du Homie Pro auf einem neuen Gerät mit demselben Store-Konto wieder frei.
6. Deine Daten und Inhalte
Dein Profil, Trainingsverlauf, Gewichtseinträge, Fortschrittsfotos und eigenen Workouts werden nur auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Homie hat keine Konten und kein Cloud-Backup; wir können diese Daten daher nicht wiederherstellen, wenn du die App löschst, zurücksetzt oder dein Gerät verlierst. Wie wir mit Daten umgehen, steht in der Datenschutzerklärung von Homie.
7. Lizenz
Wir räumen dir ein persönliches, nicht ausschließliches, nicht übertragbares Recht ein, Homie privat und nicht kommerziell zu nutzen. Die App, das Maskottchen „Bo“, die Figuren, Übungsvideos, Bilder, das Design, die Trainingsinhalte und Texte sind urheberrechtlich geschützt. Die Share-Karten, die die App für dich erstellt, darfst du in sozialen Netzwerken teilen. Ansonsten darfst du die App und ihre Inhalte nicht kopieren, verändern, dekompilieren oder weiterverbreiten, soweit das Gesetz es nicht erlaubt.
8. Verfügbarkeit
Homie funktioniert größtenteils offline. Käufe, Future You und das Laden von Übungsvideos brauchen eine Internetverbindung und Dienste Dritter und können daher gelegentlich nicht verfügbar sein. Wir können Inhalte und Funktionen aus triftigem Grund aktualisieren, ändern oder entfernen, etwa wegen rechtlicher Vorgaben, Sicherheit oder Weiterentwicklung der App, und berücksichtigen dabei deine Interessen.
9. Haftung
Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit, bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit sowie nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten (Pflichten, deren Erfüllung die ordnungsgemäße Nutzung der App erst möglich macht und auf deren Einhaltung du regelmäßig vertrauen darfst), begrenzt auf den vertragstypischen, vorhersehbaren Schaden. Im Übrigen ist die Haftung ausgeschlossen.
10. Änderungen dieser Bedingungen
Wir können diese Bedingungen anpassen, wenn sich die App oder die Rechtslage ändert. Die aktuelle Fassung findest du immer auf dieser Seite. Bereits bezahlte Abo-Zeiträume sind von Änderungen nicht betroffen.
11. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Bist du Verbraucher, entzieht dir diese Rechtswahl nicht den Schutz zwingender Vorschriften des Landes, in dem du lebst. Wir sind nicht verpflichtet und nicht bereit, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.
