Data Deletion & Account Removal (ColleX)

At ColleX, we value your privacy and provide transparent ways to manage your data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and what happens to your data afterward.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

You can initiate the deletion of your account and all associated data through the following methods:

  • In-App Deletion: Open the ColleX app and navigate to Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Delete Account. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.

  • Email Request: Contact us directly at efeatdigital@gmail.com using the email address associated with your account. Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 48 hours.

2. Types of Data to be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following information stored in our database (Supabase) is permanently removed:

  • User Identity: Your name, email address, and authentication credentials.

  • User Content: All links, bookmarks, and collections you have created within the app.
